Needed the auxiliary battery changing on my Jaguar I-pace EV, no other garage in the area would touch an electric vehicle, but Ian and team were more than willing to have a go and learn about the new type of car. They did a fantastic job, really great service and staff! Would highly recommend if you're an electric car owner and looking for a local mechanic.

We were staying locally and a warning light came on in our Jaguar.We phoned on the way and the lady who answered was really helpful and booked us in the following morning.. The owner saw us quickly and explained the possible causes after plugging in the diagnostic screen. His advice assured us that the problem was unlikely to be of great concern. Finally, no change was made. Genuinely nice people and their business deserves its good reputation.

Fantastic service. Brokedown on the A59 and took the car on the off chance to Primrose. They fixed it for us there and then. Very reasonable price. Can't thank them enough. Great job guys
